First of all: thank you for visiting this page! That means you’re interested in a booth at our fantastic festival — and we’re excited to have you.
As you may have heard, Dutch Modular Fest is moving to Rotterdam this year, and the new venue is none other than WORM! WORM is a space where music, experimentation, and culture in the broadest sense come together. To put it simply — WORM is one of us. We feel very welcome there.
Sure, moving to a new location always comes with some adjustments, but we’re confident it’s going to be a great spot for both the market and the rest of the festival.
What to Expect from the Market
We’ll have two rooms available for the market — spacious enough to create a comfortable layout so no one’s packed in (unlike last year). We’ve listened to your feedback and want everyone to feel relaxed and at ease.
One important change: this will be a NO SPEAKER market. That means no amplified sound at your booth. We believe this will benefit everyone. We’ll also encourage visitors to bring their own headphones. Thanks in advance for your understanding!
We’re expecting to have around 40 booth spaces available. If you know any makers who might be interested, feel free to let us know or share this information with them.

Parking
WORM is located in downtown Rotterdam — great vibe, but not the easiest place to park. Thankfully, there’s ParkBee! You can reserve parking spots in the area, including on the same street. A full-day pass is around €30 (or a bit more) — book early to be sure of a spot.

Practical Info for Your Booth
- Table size: 1.80 x 0.80 meters
- Power provided
- No restrictions on what you sell or how you present it
- Headphones required — for exhibitors and visitors
- Market hours: 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- Concert end time: To be announced
- Fee: €200 per booth (same as last year)
How to Apply
To reserve your booth, please send an email to market@dutchmodularfest.com including the following:
- Your billing/invoice details and invoice email address
- 1 to 4 promotional photos or videos of your brand
- Resolution: 1080p
- Aspect ratios: 1.91:1 to 4:5 for Instagram posts, or 9:16 for stories/reels
- A short bio of your company for us to use on social media
A Final Note
The Dutch Modular Fest team is entirely volunteer-run. All profits go directly back into the community. Our goal is to build a self-sustaining ecosystem that will last for many years. Your presence and support are incredibly important to us — thank you!
